Our Exchange policy only covers damaged or defective products.
Our Policy is a 30-day policy that starts once the transaction is complete. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not offer an exchange on any products.
To be eligible for a return / exchange, your item must be UNUSED and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packing and you MUST have your receipt.
Items that are in the Edibles and Flowers category of products are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE.
